What do I get with a RPAMN membership?
Representation
We are dedicated to ensuring that small residential providers have a seat at the table. This includes advocating for the BIPOC provider community, whose contributions are vital yet often underrepresented.
Technical Assistance
We offer continuous technical assistance to providers, helping them navigate the complexities of compliance, funding, and operational best practices. This support is crucial for maintaining high standards of care and operational efficiency.
Sustainable Rates
One of our primary goals is to advocate for sustainable rates that reflect the true value and costs of providing high-quality, personalized care. We believe that fair compensation is essential for the survival and growth of small providers.
Networking Opportunities
We create platforms for small providers to connect, share experiences, and collaborate. These networking opportunities foster a sense of community and collective strength, empowering providers to learn from one another and innovate.
Industry Liaison
We maintain ongoing communication with key industry stakeholders, including the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) and the Department of Human Services (DHS). Our goal is to ensure that policies and regulations are shaped with the input and needs of small providers in mind.
Advocacy
Above all, we advocate tirelessly for the rights and interests of small residential providers. Whether through legislative efforts, public awareness campaigns, or direct support, our focus remains on amplifying their voices and ensuring their concerns are addressed.
