RPAMN's board is composed of nine members, each a provider in their own right, united by a common goal to address the challenges faced by small providers. This working board volunteers their time and expertise to ensure RPAMN achieves its mission and better serves its members. The Officers of RPAMN consist of four dedicated board members who volunteer their time to oversee the organization's daily operations. Zahnia Harut
Board Chair
Zahnia Harut is a bilingual public health nurse and CEO of Affinity Care MN, based in the Twin Cities. With over 12 years of experience in healthcare and community-based services, Zahnia specializes in structural organization, community building, and clinical guidance. Her interests extend to real estate, community wealth building, and homelessness prevention initiatives.
Chikio Richmond
Vice Chair
Chikio Richmond transitioned from IT consulting to compassionate service by founding Bety's Healing Homes in 2017 and Healing Homes Living Services in 2019. Her initiatives support women recovering from substance abuse and individuals facing long-term homelessness and addiction, focusing on culturally sensitive care. This shift underscores her dedication to social responsibility and community welfare in Saint Paul, MN.
Amal Ahmed

Amal is an experienced nurse with 8 years in home and community-based services, deeply committed to supporting vulnerable populations. Michael Hunter
Michael Hunter is an entrepreneur and registered nurse with over 2 decades of experience in a wide range of administrative and nursing roles in academic and community settings. He is a cultural consultant with the MN Department of Health promoting awareness of Dementia’s effect on individuals in the United States West African Diaspora. Michael is dedicated to informing, educating, and advocating for residential providers serving individuals in the mental health, disability, and elderly communities.

He holds a Master's in Public Administration, which has further enhanced his ability to lead and manage complex initiatives.
